Refund policy

Returns
You have a full week (seven days) from the time you receive an artwork to decide if you’d like to return it.
No questions, no hassles as long as the artwork is returned in its original condition. Just send us an email (anjuna@live.com.au) to tell us your reason for the return within 7 days.
Upon processing your return, we’ll issue a full refund for your purchase as long as the artwork is in the same condition as it was sent to you.
Artworks must be returned at your cost via a trackable and insured shipping carrier and the tracking information must be provided to Myffie Coady Art by email: anjuna@live.com.au
Any artwork that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
Items damaged in shipment.
Firstly, please keep all the packaging that the artwork arrived in plus any documentation. Secondly, please take as many photos of the damage and packaging as you can and send them to Myffie Coady Art (anjuna@live.com.au)
We will then take up the issue with the courier and insurance company and keep you informed of the process
You will be fully refunded the purchase price and return courier cost of your artwork if the item was deemed to be damaged in shipment.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged in shipment.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it, send us an email at anjuna@live.com.au and send your item to: 41 Diamond Drive Port Macquarie New South Wales AU 2444. Exchanged artworks will be of the same value unless the difference in value is paid for.
